                      simple recipe for Pav Bhaji Ingredients - 2 cups mixed vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots, cauliflower), chopped - 1 cup finely chopped onions - 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes - 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped - 4 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 inch ginger, grated - 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped - 1/2 cup boiled and mashed mixed vegetables (for the bhaji texture) - 2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder - Salt to taste - Butter for cooking - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish - Pav (bread rolls) for serving Instructions 1.
